New Book Ideas
April 10th, 2008
So, Pashley students… what kinds of new books would you like Mrs. Neddo to buy for Pashley? Do have a favorite series, author, or title you wish we had more of at Pashley? Is there a favorite nonfiction subject that you think we should buy more books about?
Click the comment link below and let me know.

I think you have a lot of good books in the library! I can’t think of any other books you can get that intrest me. I like animal books and biographies though.
I would think Andrew Clements is a cool author. I thought we could get more books on that author because he takes time into his books and puts descriptiveness into it.
Mrs.Neddo-
I love your idea of asking Pashley students what kind of books they like! One of my favorite kind of books are ” The Box Car Children series”.
I think you should get more copies of Diary of a Wimpy Kid and you should read Socks for read aloud written by Beverly Cleary
I think you have many good books, but I like the Charlie Bone series and I haven’t seen them in the Library.
Melissa- Thank you for the compliment!
Joseph- I love Andrew Clements too. So wish we could get him to visit Pashley.
Juliana- I have decided to let the fourth graders choose their read aloud, but plan to read Socks to my son over the break. Perfect with the new kittens!
Kayla- I do have the Charlie Bone books! Are the sequels as good as the first one?
I would like to see more books about trains. Non-Fiction and Fiction. Thanks
Michael- I just bought a nonfiction train book that will be delivered after April break. I will show you when you come back after April break.
How are the kittens doing? Are they growing fast?

Hi JenS.
I have all three on order for next year. I am sure the fourth grade girls will love them too! Have you read On the Brink of Paris?
I have alot of favorite authors and books but here are a few dumped by popular demand by P.G. Kain, Kristina the girl king.
Now this is a good book its all about a girl with a curse and a guy who gets raised by a troll the book is called Once Upon A Marigold by Jean Ferris. One of my favorite authors is Pam Munoz Ryan she writes awsome stories like Paint the wind.THe last one really touched me its called Jeremy Fink and the Meaning of Life by Wendy Mass its all about this kid who lost his father and is looking for the meaning of Life.
